Having to deliver a 1 year old vehicle with 20k miles on it to the service department for a warranty issue could have been a much more stressful and difficult process, but Eddie made it seamless. As I mentioned to Lauren, to better serve the customer, it would be nice to have a TV monitor in the waiting room. The monitor would tell you at what completion stage your vehicle is in for work being done. It would stop having the customer constantly asking the service rep when is the vehicle done. It frees up the tech to do other work. Sorry, but my Nissan dealer has just a setup. I could track the progress of my car. Try it out. Other than that, great job.

I went in for a oil change, & had some concerns about a service engine light. Since I’ve got my 2014 Ford Focus I have had nothing but issues with it. I also purchased the extended warranty on my car. Turns out I was charged for $149.00 for them to tell me the issue and not be able to fix it. The issue was not covered under the warranty. Other places normally charge $111 for the diagnostics, but not Grapevine Ford. Anyways FORD ****. I will never in my life purchase another Ford vehicle.
