Grapevine Ford provided a summary of multiple items that supposedly required immediate attention totaling approx. $2900. Most of these items have specifications and tolerances defining what is exceptable versus and when something should be replaced yet the specs of the parts on my truck we’re not provided. Only a subjective description or worn or loose was given. When I asked how the tech determined the parts required replacement Bryan acted very annoyed and I was told the tech is a master technician he knows what he’s doing. This is ridiculous to think someone should handover $2900 with no explanation of the current specs of the parts on their vehicle that have specific tolerances of when they should be replaced. Bryan acknowledged, and even showed me t he tolerance specs, but said I would need to pay for the man hours for him to inspect and provide the current condition? You do not tell someone they should have their brakes replaced because we had our best guy eyeball them and they’re done.
The service of Grapevine Ford has dramatically decreased since relocating from the other building a couple years ago, this is evident with the constant turnover of the service managers and personnel at Grapevine Ford. The only reason I continue coming here is the location. This has been the final straw and I will find an alternate service location.
A salesman called me during my long wait as they brought my truck around (way to jump on an opportunity) asking if I would be interested in purchasing a truck and I explained not from this dealership. To which he replied the sales and service were two different houses and that he would take really good care of me, I reminded him I would still need to bring the truck here for service.
You have a big problem on your hands, which I think you’re well aware of. Good luck.

I feel the pricing for service is extremely high. I am also disappointed with the service department’s failure to reach out to set up an appointment for my oil change as I was told they would. I tried to use the Lincoln app to make the appointment and that failed as well. Hopefully next time will be better.

Service Dept. assured my car back to me by 3:30pm
My car was not returned until 3:45-3:50pm.
Am aware of traffic that time of day but the driver returning my car took the most congested& traffic rode, I35N. The drivers need to have the best, quickest route available at said time!
