First of I would like to say that I was not satisfied with ford at all. My car was already mess up with the stupid recall y’all had going on. And when I got my car I couldn’t unlocked the car. Then they tell me it was the battery when I just got my battery check by another company saying it was a good battery. I feel like that someone either left something on the car to mess up the battery. I feel like ford took my money away that I didn’t even have. So I’m very upset with Ford because also if you know somehow that the battery was not working would you check that while you were working on the recall part of my car? I mean i missed 2 hours out of my work shift just to handle this yesterday when all I was wanting to do was get it and go. Just unexceptionable
