It was a rainy week. However the car was to be washed. My wife was not satisfied with the results. She found mud on the passenger side door step. and on the floor mat. She made some smudge marks some where and says they were still there when she got the car back. Thus, she said the car was NT washed. She liked the roses ????.
However, I was very satisfied with the service; it was excellent. Especially the loaner Navigator was very nice, which my wife drove. I was happy to hear from you to report on my car’s repair during the week it was in your position.

Poor service is a direct reflection of management. The issue is rarely people, it’s more likely an issue of training, tools, or overloading. Micheal was very easy to speak with, but I clearly saw his frustration from his system not functioning properly. It was clear he was stressed about it, where he could have taken the opportunity to up sell a higher level of service at the first point of contact, instead of damage control after the fact. This service department is completely oversold and gave me the impression of too busy to get the job done.
