If i had know when i brought my vehicle into the ford house that you were going to send it to the dodge house i would of bypassed you altogether. If ford (Jodi) would have communicated better with me throughout this process i would not of been out $300 for rental that dodge would of given a loaner due to the original warranty was still in effect and a covered part. Dodge said they passed that to Jodi and it did not get passed to me. I dropped car off on a thursday and i did not hear from ford for several days and i had to initiate the call for progress. Very poor communication on ford behalf.

Checking in was somewhat chaotic. Service lane was crowded with no assist. Once I walked in and approached a service advisor , I was helped. My vehicle was ready relatively quickly. The only negative I can say for Ford was my friend who bought a new Chevy truck received his first service/oil change complimentary. I purchased my first one only because I had to come in for a recall otherwise would have done it myself. Never got to meet Bryan as he was at lunch when I returned.

The dealership took pics of car and VIN to send to Ford for a Ford issue. One week later I came in and they didn't know who's vehicle it belonged too. You have the VIN and you can associate it with the buyer? Brought it in and had lost my debit card. Trying to get more to pay deposit. Couldnt pay for it. Once it came in I was told there was no car for me to drive. Days later 8 have a car via vmail. I asked for a return call to cell or office...none. I text my salesman,Xavier, to please help and he called Kyle since he is no longer there with you (reason I bought car was him, FYI. Otherwise, it would have been Don Davis where I bought Lincoln MJX.) Kyle got it in. Done . Supposedly ready next day but no vmail. I spoke with Kyle Monday. My back was out and I had been home since Friday after work. I called Kyle and told him I cant drive due ti ku back. If you want to come get it u may. I took it back Tuesday and all was fine. Eddie would be why I would never come back to Grapevine Ford. I am not one to respond to surveys or ratings. He would be why I would go back to Don Davis Ford-Lincoln. Never any issues. Out of the way but service is much better. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

Bob was very helpful in getting our Escape repaired. I brought it in because something was rattling in the door, and the lock wasn't working properly on that door. And, the car was close to being out of warrantyor possibly just out of warranty. Bob did some checking and found that the locks had been replaced once before due to a recall, so made sure I would not be charged. Great job by all involved.
