Reliable at letting me down just as ive grown to expect through the years with 3 different vehicles. This time some simple service actions were not taken. Seem to always be cutting corners. Only allowed chevy to touch my vehicle cuz of the free oil change & tire rotation & i knew they would let me down in some form, on the 27 point inspection steps were skipped.
