I keep asking to have the popping noise my front end makes diagnosed. If you look at my last 3-5 service visits or more I have complained about the issue. The truck came from the factory with loose tie rods and yet nobody can figure out what is making the noise. So I keep getting asked to bring the truck back but it seems useless to bring it back in.

My oil life has never been reset. I've let only reliable change the oil in our car. Ever time this doesn't get done. I've ask for it to be done but doesn't get done.

Chandler was great. Very friendly and professional. The reason for not being totally satisfied is because it took a lot longer than anticipated, we asked for a quote on the hail damage on our car and were denied the quote because they wanted our insurance info. What does that have to do with howmuch we would be charged for the hail damage if we had it fixed there. Then the shop didnt hook our passenger side blinker up so we thought we were going to have to come and wait for you guys to fix it, but we were able to fish the connector out and plug it in.

Jose was great and very informative but I was somehow escalated to the manager on duty by asking to make sure that the issue I brought my vehicle in for was addressed to ensure the safety of my wife and kids because she drives the vehicle that was being worked on. Some guy with a long beard tried to help me square away payment and I simply asked if the issue I had brought the vehicle in for was taken care of and at that point was escalated to the manger because he felt I was “hostile”.The manager pulled me in and had a terrible attitude right off the bat telling me I had to get tires because it was unsafe for my family, when I was literally checking to make sure the issue was addressed and had wanted the tires anyway because Jose did a great job explaining why I would need them.Jose should be the manager up there not some flake of a manager who can’t even handle a simple miscommunication. I cannot express how terrible she was in such a simple situation. She wanted to get argumentative with me without even hearing what was happening. I unfortunately have to bring my other vehicle up for an oil change and I am now dreading it because I don’t wanna have any dealings with her. Because Jose is still there I will continue to come up but if I have another issue I’ll just go back to Youngblood. I’m sure the manager I had to deal with today will read this and it will go no where, but I would suggest getting a competent manger in the building who can handle guest service, I can’t even imagine what would have happened if I had a real issue with the service. To think I bought a vehicle from you guys and get routine service as well and get to get treated like crap for asking generic questions about my service is comical. Piss poor service from the manager.
