A terrible experience. I’m so disappointed. Dishonest evaluation of the problem.
I brought my car in for servicing 2 days ago. The diagnosis was sway bar end, links and bushings totaling an estimated $1500 in repairs. When I asked them to quantify the severity of the problem the mechanic was unavailable for comment as he’d left for the day.
I took it to another repair shop for a 2nd opinion who determined that there was ZERO problem w the aforementioned. It cost me approx 65$ for a second estimate. I would like Reliable to pick up that tab.
Dishonest. Unreliable. I will not be back to do business w you all again.
