Longer than usual for someone to meet me after pulling in. Austin said 45 minutes for oil change and rotation. Took 62 minutes. Was not in huge hurry but since he said 45, was easily noticable.

Had to argue with the mechanic because he thought my cell phone was the issue with the port not charging. All changed when he plugged his own phone in my cell phone port and his phone didn't charge either. Then after all that you guys didn't even have the part on stock! Still waiting! Reliable has had our truck
More than we have in the short time we’ve had it. It comes back with different issues caused by your employees each time. We will not purchase another vehicle from Reliable and in the past have purchased many there. We own an Automotive repair facility. If the work on our vehicle is as it’s been delivered, we are concerned with the work in someone’s car that they don’t know what to look for. Highly disappointed
