Mr. Fitzgerald did an outstanding job on our families Chevy Cruze. The car is running great! All the issues at hand were promptly brought to my attention and explained clearly. No actual service was initiated without my authorization, which I liked. i was very pleased with actions taken to help with my necessary commute to work. Mr Fitzgerald was able to get me a shuttle service and loaner car and that, excuse my french, kicked A**! I did, however, hear there was a shortage in loaner cars at your company. Mr. Fitzgerald, made it happen for me, but had he not been able to, it would have made for a somewhat upsetting visit; not at the fault of Mr. Fitzgerald but Reliable Chevrolet. If your shuttle service will not accommodate all work times of the client, AM or PM, then a loaner car should be available. My Cruz is running great and I'm driving confident. Thankyou Reliable Chevrolet and Sean.

Asked to check two tires for constant air pressure loss. They checked tires
But not sensors and all sensors were not checked tire pressure even. Asked to get a call back about it from mechanic and did not. Also was told a sensor was needed and labor would be about 300.00! Checked at two other places and they quoted me at about $130 labor. Las time I got my oil changed they did not reset my computer on panel. Took in for oil sensor light and they said my truck was 2.5 quarts low on oil!!! It does not leak and they changed the oil last month!!! This is getting bad.

One of your service men crashed into our truck and now we need a whole truck bed and tail light while being serviced at your dealership. Not happy at all. I have also referred many people to your dealership and now they are experiencing awful truck issues. Will not refer again. This has now depreciated our value of the truck.
