I found Terry to be rude and unhelpful. I paid $80 to find out why my check engine light was on. I still have no idea why my check engine light is on, or how to resolve the issue. When I tried to get Terry to explain to me why he was intentionally vague and told me it could cost $700 more to find out.

I was a little frustrated by my experience. I arrived for an oil change and was told 30-40 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes and running behind for a meeting, I asked a service advisor for an update. He said probably 2-3 hours. I was in disbelief. He then said I had 4 recalls they were taking care of. No one said a thing to me about recalls prior to that. He asked if I wanted him to see if they could put things back together for me, but at that point there was no point. I then waited 25 mins for a rental and came back later that day to pick up my truck. I was just frustrated because I was running late and essentially forced into the recall repairs.
