After my car was taken back for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor never came back in to tell me about any recommended services that my vehicle needed. An I also requested information about a tool to remove my valve cover heat shield since it had a specialty bolt in it but at check out there was no information on it. A different service advisor that was checking me out tried to help but didn’t have much luck on it. I always stay and wait for my services and I don’t mind the wait but as a customer I should have been given the full service. I look at this way I may have wanted to take care of those services, but since I wasn’t notified of what my vehicle need you guys as a company lost out on those additional sales. I have always taken my vehicle here to get services done and I would like to continue doing so but this needs to be corrected.
