Our car has not been worked on. We were told that the parts were ordered but have to heard if the parts are here yet. Chandler was extremely helpful. We still need the parts to arrive and need a loaner vehicle so that we can get our car fixed.

As usual my car was taken care of and was done rather quickly. I got to see my favorite person, Jose! I love the hugs I get and he always makes me feel at home. I always get taken care of when I come there. You guys are awesome!

When I purchased the Malibu there was a baseball size area that was mis-colored. I was told no problem we can fix it with the clear coat. Fast forward to getting it redone 6 months later....and it’s still there. The service advisor assured me he would take care of it. And there is a gross dusty film on the car and white/pink waxy string. Every time I come to you guys some crap either happens to my car like it getting hit or it has 1000 different warranty issues or something is half put back together like my radio and now the exterior of the car. I was even nice and detailed it before bringing it in.. I upgraded from a sonic to a 19 Malibu and service is still ****. Maybe it’s time to get a Toyota. Pretty sure you’re done getting my money. Then the have the nerve to make me feel pressured to pay $120 for an alignment. Freaking please.

Although it’s never a fun time having to spend money on repairs, she made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I cannot say enough great things about Debbie. We have had a couple negative experiences with reliable, but the interaction with Debbie more than made up for it. 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment to get the oil changed and the fuel filter changed on my 2017 Duramax. I was informed that Reliable did not have my fuel filter in stock and had to send someone to Republic to pick one up which would take an hour or so. The service was finished on my truck and I left the dealership. I started running north on Kansas Expressway and my truck died on me in the middle of traffic just north of Sunshine. Luckily I was able to get it off the street and parked in a parking lot without incident. I called the dealership and informed them of what happened so they called a tow truck and sent a shuttle to pick me up. After about an hour I was back at the dealership where the service reps provided a loaner vehicle and I went on my way. I was contacted later in the afternoon informing me my truck was fixed. They found a gasket was missed during the fuel filter installation process. I understand mistakes happen but this could have been a bad deal with my truck dying in the middle of traffic. The service reps made the situation the best they could by cleaning all of the diesel fuel that sprayed all over the truck off of it, filling up the fuel tank, and bringing my truck back to Bolivar for me. I appreciate everyone trying to make things right but this was still a big inconvenience.
