Jose was fine, but my Traverse continues to give me an error message. It states that there is a USB error, Please check USB device. Also, my floor mats and pedals are so slick our shoes slip off. Seems kind of dangerous!

They had my car for 2 months then they had my car for a month...I went to get my vehicle because I can't keep borrowing cars from other people and renting one....when I went to pick it up they made me pay for work that isn't even done yet. I am truly unsatisfied with you guys and will never be back....

Took over an hour longer than Austin told me it would and nobody ever notified me that the wait would be extended. I was forced to talk to the manager of the service department after it was 30 minutes late who told me after asking several cluelessness employees messing around more than working told him that they "just needing the paperwork" which took another half hour for me to get ahold of. At that point it was announced they made an authorized repair and that I would be charged. Terry told me it would be waived for my wait but when Jose presented me with the charge I reminded him it was unauthorized and that his manager told me it would be okay to which he replied "Okay, I'll just pay for it then" in a very snarky tone. I ignored it and left. I always have issues at this Chevy and will not be giving any business to you anymore. Me and my family have bought many cars from here but are still treated like a chore everytime we come in. I'll be paying to get my oil changed from here on out, because the warranty that makes it free isn't worth the horrible service I receive

As always Debbie took excellent care of me and my truck. Honestly, she’s the reason we have bought cars at Reliable and continue to have them serviced there. I might add, that as the face of the service department and dealership that I have worked with for 20+ years, Debbie is taking care of you all too...friendly, warm, honest and committed to her customers. In a world where there seems to always be another objective, I can say with confidence that Debbie has always done her best, and made me/us feel like we are not an interruption to her day or work, but the reason she is there and that we matter. Kudos Deb!!! Once again we are not only completely satisfied customers, but welcomed friends to the Reliable Chevy family! Thanks again!

I had to contact your manager after I got home. They did not do everything that I asked them to. They did not grease my S10! They sent someone out to get my pickup so that could get done. They then returned it home. This very same thing happened last year when I had it serviced at your place. Ron Elliott
