Chance was great. Unfortunately, management required him to go to a meeting near the end of his work day. I brought the car in for service and wash. Chance called letting me know my car was ready. I returned his call but was left calling without a response while the day passed and he attended his meeting .I didn’t ask if my car had been cleaned knowing his day had been disrupted and my request was likely lost in the shuffle, which it was. Management....meeting without disrupting service sure would help out!
