The lack of communication and follow up is all I would complain about. I was told when I made my appt for recall repair it was a 20-30 min job. Upon arrival I was told 2 hours, after two hours I was told 5 days for a part to be ordered. My car was there 21 days. Although I appreciate the loaner, it was not MY car, and I didnt like having it, or driving it. I think more communication would have helped alleviate my frustration. Pick up was simple today, and the gentleman that helped me check out was very polite.

delayed service—two days delayed to start the service even I already announced I will leave town soon. I drive my car to Reliable Chevrolet in 7th and I got promise that everything can be done in 8th. The result was they even did not started to check my car in 9th before I go to check again!
Pushed for decision—didn’t give me enough time to make decision, and it was not true that If I made decision in Friday and everything could be done in Saturday!
Paid for premium detail but no cleaning in engine compartment
Overall, this time I wasted my time and have no satisfy result, I still could not pick up my car in Aug 14th!
