I was very excited about having my truck detailed and was told that my truck would look like it was brand new and I would be wowed!! When I got it back six hours later I was very disappointed. There was a ring where I had set a cup on top of my Tonneau cover and the ring was still there and the tonneau cover was filthy. I was told that the bed of the truck would be washed out and it wasn’t even touched and the top of the truck wasn’t even touched. I returned the following day showed the truck to Jose **** he took pictures of everything and said that it was unacceptable that Chevy doesn’t do business that way. He expressed they strive to make all their customers happy and unfortunately I am not happy. With that being said the inside and under the hood was done very well! Thank you

Your Chevrolet Service was terrible. Utter stupidity to detail a car prior to body shop estimate because the exterior of the car was covered in dust and shop debris. Smeary fingerprints were all over it as well as dried on water spots. There was a pasty substance on the front which had never been wiped off. I requested a refund and received a partial refund. Not all of the requested work was completed.

Your service team did a great job as always. I am however very upset that I am paying a $400 a month payment for glitchy new car. My cruise control and transmission work and shift better on my 2006 Dodge Dakota. I don't have a preference toward Dodge either. I was raised a Chevy guy and have owned several. I would recommend your service department all day long. I will however not be giving a positive experience about opening my Malibu. I will not tell anyone they should buy one.
