I bought this vehicle in November 2018. When I bought it one of the mud flaps was broken. Our sales rep. Was Adam. He ordered a new one but ordered the wrong one. When we took it in for our first oil change we had Chance born in the service dept. He said he would order the correct one and call me when it was it. That was months ago and he never called. My husband took the vehicle in for the second oil change yesterday 5-21-19 and asked about the mud flap. It still was not there. He was told it's on order. I called yesterday afternoon and talked to Brian in the sales dept. He took down my info and said he would call me back. Adam called me back shortly and was a little confused as to what had taken place prior. He took down my info again on the part needed. But he did not say he would call me when the part is in. I would really like to get this taken care of. I have bought 6 new vehicles from here over the years and have been very satisfied with the service until now.

I arrived 15 min early for the scheduled "Express" oil change for my van. Two of the 3 garage doors said "open," so I drove inside 1 and was instructed to drive all the way to the end of the lane, since there were no other vehicles in it. There was only 1 vehicle already in the 2nd lane, and work was being done on vehicles in the 3rd lane. The service dept was not very busy. However, more than an hour after my arrival, I went inside the garage to check on the status if my vehicle, which was no longer in sight. A few min later, a man was called over to take my payment & go over inspection details. When I mentioned that my "Express" oil change had taken more than an hour, he apologized and said my van had been ready for "only a few minutes." Definitely not "Express" service. Also not good customer service to not even update a customer in more than an hour, and not good for the customer to have to inquire about their vehicle's status after a long wait, only to find that the service was complete, but no one had bothered to follow up in a timely manner.

I made an appointment for an 0815 oil change figuring it would hold me a spot to get my oil changed as I had a full day ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. TWO HOURS later I had to go find someone to ask about my car. Ten minutes later it was ready. No apologies, no explanation as to the delay. Once in my car I was hurrying to my next appointment which I was already late for only to discover no one had the time to reset my oil life percentage back to 100%. So I had to look up how to do that since my holding down that button wasn’t resetting it. Just had a bad experience. I just felt like I was in their way and wasn’t worth any extra effort.
