I wish I had enough space. The majority of my gripes are with GM, not Debbie. A month for you guys to just get the engine (plus another two weeks for replacement) is just sad. Also sad is that my engine went out again, on my way home. I am waiting for a tow right now (by St Joe.) that I have to pay out of pocket for. Phony Debbie should have got “reliable” (pun intended) to pay for a rental for me, but didn’t. Yeah, I had to pay for that to. So, to summarize, **** you.

My 2018 Trax any had little over 5000 miles. I was told over the phone oil only needs to be changed at 7500 miles. We are going on a vacation so I thought I would change oil anyway. When I came in I found out my car was on a recall because of a part in the front end. If I had not have the oil change I wouldn't have know about the recall. You had to keep car because of the danger of a possible danger on the highway. Recall was in April, no recall sent to me from GM.

Of all the Service Technicians I have worked with at Reliable, Sean has been fantastic. He has been very willing to work with me on getting my Silverado repaired. Originally had an appointment on 05.11.19, but was admitted into the hospital. I contacted him that morning and told him I wouldn't be able to make it. He replied back letting me know when I could, contact him. I was discharged 05.14.19, stopped in to see when I would be able to get the truck in. The maintenance was accomplished today.
My impression is that Sean works with the customer to the benefit of said customer and Reliable Chevrolet.
I am impressed. Awesome person.
