Chandler was a very helpful service repressive in all aspects of my service for our 2016 Malibu. Very helpful, great feedback on progress of repairs and very courteous. You should be proud to have him on your staff!! In addition, Terry (the Service Manager) is very helpful and courteous as well. We have bought MANY new cars in our lifetime, but never bough a Chevrolet. This experience encourages us to consider Chevrolet again when it is time to purchase another new car

Service advisor was rude to my wife and the year old daughter. Argued with my wife that he had to put her in the car before he could walk away. my wife said she would not leave our daughter standing in the parking lot just so he could shut her door. he said he didn't have time to wait on her to load her kid. also talked to her like she didn't know how a car worked.

I’d spent almost $3500 on repairs and within 100 miles either a plugg wire or plug failed. This was last Friday night a little before six. Debbie said earliest to get to it is Tuesday am, I was there, met with Debbie about what the 2013 Suburban was doing, she said she’d let me know when it was done and arranged for me to pick it up after hours. She also told me the parts and labor would be covered. She was true to her word. Am I satisfied? Yes

Debbie's been great, but my car had been in for two weeks now and both times it had been returned the light's come back on within 10 miles and it's running like complete crap. I understand, probably better than most, that troubleshooting can be difficult, so I don't want to condemn anyone, but we're not getting it fixed yet. Well just have to keep trying!
