My wife had called in to schedule a appointment for an oil change and a state inspection. My son dropped the car off and advised your new associate that he was there for his appointment to get an oil change and an inspection . I arrived with my daughter to pick up the vehicle and the service person advised they did a free safety inspection and not a state inspection. I asked if they could still get the state inspection done. The manager said yes and got it done. Apparently after I paid and left your new customer service person of three days asked my daughter why I was mean. Causing my daughter to be upset with me. I thought I was very polite as I even told the new associate I did not blame her I just did not want my daughter to have to come back for the safety inspection. This situation has made me unhappy.
