Everyone very pleasant and professional. Chandler was excellent taking my car in a d getting it back out to me. It was raining and he even had it brought inside. Bill, the driver who brought me home then back to the service center was exceptionally pleasant and courteous and he is a new hire for Reliable. He kept me thoroughly apprised of his anticipated pick up time from my home and called to let me know of any changes he had to make along the way. He appeared to manage unanticipated street changes and road work interruptions flawlessly. I was amazed at how well he had learned Springfield's streets and traffic patterns in such a brief period of time. Again ever pleasant a d professional. Appreciated Chandler giving me his card with direct phone number. Will ask for him on my next call. Said hello to Debbie and Hosea as well, always delightful. Thank you.
