As I told the technician, I worked for Chevrolet as a certified mechanic at one time and retired in 2005 as a maintenance supervisor for JB Hunt. I also trained their technicians on troubleshooting electrical systems on Frieghtliner trucks. I told the technician my new 2018 Silverado has an intermittent electrical problem with the parking assist on the truck that works sometimes when u start the truck and sometimes it doesn’t. You might start it 5 times and it will come on then on the 6th time it doesn’t. Well I was told they couldn’t duplicate the problem. It worked fine when I left. I drove about 100 miles turned the truck off and now it’s not working again. I’ll take it to a Chevy dealer closer to my house. Hopefully they can figure it out while it’s under warranty.

Everyone seemed to do fine. Satisfaction was a no because as soon as I left, the check engine light came on. It took a half hour to figure why and it seems like something that should have been seen before I got the vehicle back. This added a half hour added to the overall time that wasn't expected.

It took nearly 2 hours to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. When we had questions about our service package, the manager who was standing right there could not be bothered to help and even waved the technician away that conveyed she wasnt going to help. We will not be servicing our cars here again.
