She was so familiar with me as a customer, that she was able to assure me that the problem would be covered under my warranty! She told me the repair should take about an hour! Within an hour’s time, my problem was fixed. It was exactly what Debbie thought was wrong and it was covered by warranty! I always have a positive experience when I come to Reliable for my car needs! My tail light had damage but had been fine for years because I keep tape on it. You guys broke the seal on the tape and my tail light came apart while driving and nearly hit another car. Now my car is not driveable. Obviously the tape was there for a reason, I don’t know why you guys wouldn’t tell me you removed it.

My taillight had a crack in it from a prior accident. It’s been fine for years because I keep tape on the light to hold it together, but the service department pulled the tape off and the tail light came apart and almost hit another car as I was driving home. I am absolutely furious at the thoughtlessness of the staff. They could have at least let me know - the tape was obviously there for a reason. Now my car is not driveable and I do not have the money to fix it.

After my recent post, (about my 2013 Malibu leaking oil after having an oil change) the staff at Reliable Chevrolet have went far and above the call of duty. This is a busy time of year with my coaching responsibilities therefore leaving me with no to little time to take back to get the oil leak fix. The staff at Reliable Chevrolet met all of my needs and then some (cleaning up the oil leak in my garage). This course of action will cause me to continue to use the services of Reliable Chevrolet for my Malibu’s needs.
