Customer service was not good from the moment I got there. Nobody opened the door for me to drive in. When I went in 4 people standing at a desk and nobody acknowledged me for a bit. Finally I was told I had to drive my car on in so when I did nobody met me when I got out. Finally, I was helped. When I originally set up my appointment I was told it would take an hour when the man asked me what time I needed my car back, I said 11-12 . Thought that gave plenty of time for a 10 appointment. Nobody called when my car was done and when I called they said an hour wasn’t long enough. However it was done. I think they applied the coating on it but tons of water spots and smudges. Terry was very nice and helped in the end to get my car to me
