Brought the car in for 4 things to be done but after 6 hours they were only able to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Was sent home with faulty breaks and a bad navigation system to make another service date for. Debbie was awesome though.

Customer service needs to be better attentive to customers. We had a scheduled appointment, but we were pushed back due to a couple of techs being in a class. We were never told that until we came back a couple of hours later. Then we were asked if we wanted a car instead of already setting us up with one since our car wasn’t even looked at and gave us no time frame at all. To sum things up, if a customer sets up an appointment then it should be at that time and not put back into the shop until the techs get ready. Thank you.
