My ordeal has been a nightmare that no one should have to go through. My car has never had anything wrong with it, nor had any other work done on it rather than recall work. I took it in a week or so ago for a warranty issue, camshaft cover to be installed. It broke down , for first time afterwards,overheated, sprayed oil onto serpentine belt and it broke, I replaced the belt, added back the antifreeze and started home, lost all oil again, I was devasted nothing like this before had happened in the life of my car, taking awesome care of it. Landers finally admitted they were at fault and said the part was put on wrong, brought it back once again, they replaced it. Broke down the exact way again serpentine belt replaced AGAIN! Now Lou the service manager has twisted the diagnosis that the turbocharger is now out, (which he said was not urgent to repair right away) and they want 2478.00 to repair it. Now I’m in a big bind, my car is at their shop, they said THEY WOULD REPAIR , but now won’t take responsibility for repair and blame everything that happened to turbocharger. It’s convienant to twist it, so they won’t have to take responsibility for. Now he changed his story again, said it wasn’t a workmanship problem they admitted to but a ‘Bad part’ that was put on.
I’m a widow and haven’t the funds to pay all of it up front. My credit isn’t good and I’ve spent all day long up until right now trying my hardest every avenue to get the help I need to pay for the work, HE SAYS ALL THIS IS. I have a good feeling, almost positive he knows the motor was damaged and now, won’t take responsibility for sending me home with a car that wasn’t drive able due to a bad repair, THST HE ADMITTED TO ON PAPER, twisted it to say I had indicator light on that turbocharger needed repaired so that’s now the problem, when before he said I need that work but not to worry it’s not urgent. Sent me home and it wasn’t right had to be done again. Bad part or bad job, either way my car was in top shape never a repair EVER, and now I have a car that’s not running in the shop and IM RESPONSIBLE! The very least you can help me with would be giving me the chance to pay installments on the 2478 yo have it repaired. I would be grateful and still be upset, but feel good about the help you extended to me to pay for it. I cannot apply for your plan because my credit isn’t good enough. I’ve tried every avenue to pay for a job that first wasn’t my problem yo have repaired at my cost, NOW I ask you to please consider what’s happened and help me out to have it repaired at my cost

The day I drove my truck off the lots it over heated Terry did get me a loaner but if I knew the heads were blown in this truck I never would have bought it terry did his job but made me fell Lomé I didn’t know what I was talking about when I called and told him every day it was overheating finally 4 months **** i was told after weeks it’s fixed. Drive it home now the engine light came on. I find this dealership who sells a truck to a woman and from day one it was a mess the sales boss is worthless said would call me after I told him I’d never trust this truck 28 grand on o have to rent to go out of town sad they don’t stand behind or want to offer a trade due to heads blown on the truck I was sold. Bad bad business. But terry did give me another truck more than once since they had the truck every other week

Had issue with oil change needing to be done. Apparently when car was serviced before sale someone failed to reset computer, so I've been in twice now to get taken care of so my warranty wouldn't be voided due to someone else's mistake. First time it just said oil change due. I was told first trip that it was too early and wouldn't be paid for. Next my dash said ' oil change required'. Again I was given a hard time, as Sean said " This was just done 3000 miles ago". I had called Jack Spencer prior to making this 2 ND appt. And he said contact Terry Tate and that he would take care of it. Jack did have to come over and talk to service dept. and shows on receipt he took care of it. One , he ought not had to do that if someone had done job right the 1st time. 2, There shouldn't of been any question about taking care of the oil change since someone didn't complete their job the 1st time. I'm wondering how the rest of my warranty service is going to be. Yes I purchased extra warranty. I do want to Thank and give props to Jack Spencer for stepping up to the plate and taking care of the
customer. Thank you again Jack !
