This was the fastest oil change that I have ever had anywhere! Trey was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave me advice as to when my next major maintenance service should be done and what it included. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need or want at this time. Truly satisfied!

No one could give me a time estimate on when my car would be done. For a diagnostic and service that took very little time to do, my car was there for about 28 hours, and I had scheduled an appointment. When I initially called to make an appointment I said I didn’t even want a diagnostic done, but we ended up doing it anyways, and the only “repair” done was what I said I wanted done in the first place. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the long time. I was just frustrated with the lack of communication and waste of money on a diagnostic fee.

This women made it right but Debbie L Peavey. She was wonderful. But No your Auto repair Manager Terry never returned my calls. And was never help in any way. Cost was ridiculous when I asked other service places what I had done. And again Debbie come through with a rental so I would not be out since I live an hour away And it was going to take forever I cause for Your mechanics to fix the car that I bought from you is in 2012 which I will not make that mistake again
