I put 5 trucks through the service department for an 2nd battery’s and Debbie handled all 5 visits exceptionally well, Debbie kept me posted every step of the way and held my hand to assure me it would be done properly and on time and it was. I also would like to pat the mechanics that work on these trucks on the back and say what an excellent and professional job that was done by them . I tell everyone to go to Reliable for there service needs and ask for Debbie and she will take great care of them

The person on Saturday September 26th was impolite and inpatient when I brought my car in. I was given a nice loaner, but it had a little more than a half tank of gas,which is no problem, but when I brought it back I told them that it had a small amount less, so the girl went and got paperwork to prove there was maybe $10.00 difference, and of course I'd have to pay it. Just seems tactless, because if you looked at the record number of times my car has been misdiagnosed, as well as the amount of time it's had to be there with very little recognition of this, I figure it's not her fault she has to make sure these things match. it **** Reliable is quick on the small gas difference, but not on the amount of times I was given bullcrap for what was going wrong. In fact there was 2 times I brought it and was sent away with the following explanations: I probably had bad gas, so since no engine light they couldn't do anything, so a few days later it croaks in traffic and had to be towed in (I don't even think they documented the first visit, because they didn't do anything). It wasn't the gas. The other time they told me everything was fixed, after fixing it then engine light came on again. I took it back they reset it, and sent me away. It quit working and low and behold it was another problem that had to be fixed. I think they misdiagnosed the first time, or fixed half the problem. This time, again I was given it might be the gas, but their busy blah blah blah, and I had to say it had been there numerous times, so they kept it. This time I'm hoping the problem is fixed-correctly. The thing is I wouldn't even be complaining if the guy at checkin wasn't a you know what. Seriously he didn't even try to hide the fact he was annoyed.

I was at your service department for almost two hours waiting for simple oil change and tire rotation. I called ahead for appointment and told person I booked with I had appointment in Fair Grove at 3 o'clock was that enough time? Warranty is up and I could have gone anywhere I bought my tires and car from you so I wanted to come to you. Probably never again.

I think the service advisors are over loaded because mistakes are made due to them being overloaded. Debbie was very nice and was informative. I’ve worked in dealerships before and I will just say you need to hire more advisors to assist your customers. By the way your parking area ****

Better communication is needed between the service managers and customers. Our vehicle was dropped off on Thursday afternoon. On Friday afternoon, I was notified that they had found the problem, and that it was covered under warranty, and that the vehicle would be taken to the servicing dealership on Monday. On Tuesday, I called to check on the status of the vehicle. They told me that vehicle was already at the other dealership, when in fact, it was still at Reliable. They then told me that they would take the vehicle on Wednesday.

Came in for oil change due to notification on car panel. I was told it was to soon for it to be covered, and apparently the computer had not been reset at last change. Tre told me to come in at 45000 miles and it should be covered. Thanks Tre for making sure everything was fine.
