Work was completed in a very timely matter and correct and my service agent (Debbie) is in my opinion the best you got , very helpful and keeps you posted every step of the way. Wish I could carry her to every place I go to handle my experience

Bruce was great and a wonderful guy, but he had sad news for me. I was informed that Jose was let go. I know it's been awhile since I've had my car serviced but every time I would be waiting he'd be there with a smile on his face.
He knew just about everyone in the waiting area and there'd be people just dropping in to say hi to him. Customer service like that shouldn't be gotten rid of.
It might have been a corporate decision but it was a bad one.
