Austin was great. A major car repair is a pretty traumatic and humbling experience, but i felt well taken care of. My only concern was the complete lack of any of the employees wearing a mask during a pandemic as mandated by the city of Springfield. My first order of business is to completely sanitize my car as the health of myself and my family is obviously of no concern to your establishment. Shame on you all for setting a bad example in our community, thinking yourselves above the law and completely disregarding the health and safety of your fellow citizens.
