No need to contact me. I doubt I have any information you haven't heard before. I will mention my two concerns. One is that I typically have to contact you to get a status on my vehicle. I would think there would be an automatic reminder to contact a customer after 6 to 8 hours rather than have them wonder. The second is the approach to the repair. In May, I brought the vehicle in for an air conditioner issue. At a cost of over $1000 Needed a new evaporator and motor and as I understand it two a/c lines were replaced. Worked fine until about mid-July when it started losing it's cooling power. Brought it in to see if you could figure that out and it turns out needed a new exchanger. Each repair cost $460 in labor and 2 units of freon. Since the car was already over 7 years old in May, why not go ahead and change out the exchanger while you are in there. Seems like that would have saved me about $500 in freon and labor. Don't know if you have any statistics on a/c repairs but it would be interesting to investigate how often you have to go back in within a year of the first repair. Forgive my frustration.
