I can’t begin to even come close to explain or show you how outraged and furious I am I’m almost literally serious that I would never bring my car to have your shop again especially since I bought my car from you guys any other time my service has been excellent this time I am really not happy trying to conserve myself and not use foul words so I’ll think I’ll just to hand it to Abby dryer from KY3 news. Honestly after that being said I can’t believe that someone in the first place will even return a car in that condition especially when it didn’t look like that in the first place when it was brought in however I do know I want my battery back that you guys took out of my car and something needs to be donePretty much damn near instantly and currently I’m getting a hold of geek squad since they installed my car stereo a couple months after I bought my car.
I don’t know if some money was just irritated and Done this intentionally, however this is the first time I bought a car especially through a dealership and I’m not rating my experience very well overall this seriously surprise me But I will have something done about this. Brought my dads truck in 5 weeks ago to have some things checked out, my dad is 89 years old, Debbie Peavey and I talked back and forth thru e mail and text mess, I told her I wanted a price for each item before any work was done, in about 2 weeks she sent me a list of the repairs needed with the cost, I told her we would install the New AC unit, we would instal the new starter, we would install the new belt and we would install the fuel sending unit, I told her for them to go ahead and install the new injector pump. She sent back a mess confirming that, I stayed in touch every day or so to see how it was coming. Her answer was always we are waiting on the injector pump, this went in for a couple of weeks, then one day I called her and she said they were still waiting in the pump but all the other work was completed, I asked her what other work and she named off all the items that I had told her not to install, and hit me with a price of almost $7,000, I told her I would pay for the pump and the Diognostics for everything else they found wrong. I finally told her I would give her a little extra money for the other stuff done, (3,600) they said they could take all the other parts off but here’s my problem with that
1 - I don’t know if the parts they took of were even bad to begin with,
2 - I don’t trust them to put the parts that came off that truck back in, so no I told them to not touch anything, and that’s where we are at, I will bring them $3,600 and that’s it I feel that they have screwed us from day one and I’m done,
