The last time it was in for service someone had broken the dipstick off it’s mount, I fixed it when I discovered it. This time the dipstick was broken off it’s mount AGAIN. While I don’t have the newest car I would appreciate it if something gets broken to please fix it like how I brought it in.

The car looked great except for the wheels. The tires were treated but the wheels were dirty with brake dust. Maybe they don’t do wheels. Anyway you asked if we were “completely” satisfied so there you have it. Otherwise we line the service we get at Reliable. Remember also that the car is in Deborah’s name but I take care of all the service issues.

Debbie went above and beyond today! She was so kind and heard that we were in desperate need to have our car looked at as we were on our way home from out of town, Lincoln, NE. She didn’t have any appointments open today but could tell I was in need of help and told us to come in and she got us all fixed up so we could drive home safely with our three girls!
