Yolanda was excellent and very attentive to my problem. I was however upset with the technicians that failed to adequately diagnose the issue. I have to unfortunately go to another dealership to fix this. Yolanda was terrific, listened to my problem and made sure that I was being taken care of. I recommend she get a raise for bonding like that with customers!

My service advisor was very accommodating and friendly as usual. However, the disorganization amongst the entire service sector was abysmal and unprecedented. When one makes an appointment for service, via online or any other method, service should be performed. The fact that my car was not attended to in any capacity on the day of my requested service is inexcusable from a management standpoint. The department handled themselves well and were extremely apologetic but an instance like this should never occur. Furthermore, whilst waiting for my vehicle to be serviced in the showroom, multiple sales team members and customers were not wearing masks. At the peak of a global pandemic to not be enforcing strict mask wearing protocols at a business is absolutely despicable and horrifying. Improve.

I was disappointed with the service. I had to call 4 times to get ahold of someone to find out if my car was ready. I waited all day for my car to be ready for a simple oil change and zaktak paint touch up. I also requested that the tires psi is changed from 40 to 35. The tire pressure request was ignored, the zaktak was not even started and the oil change had just got done. We’re talking 6 hours later. Just didn’t seem on the ball and I didn’t feel very well taken care of.
