I would not recommend because honestly, if buying a car of this caliber the service department, not Jon, needs work.
The bay, or pull up and out was a complete and disorganized mess. When leaving I had to do 15 point turn, then almost got in an accident with someone else pulling in the lot, but there was only room
For a car to exit OR enter. Waiting on loaner car took so long that I just ordered a Lyft.
This type of experience will never ever be able to pull buyers from other sport/luxury brands and has me questioning what I will do at the end of my lease.
Not to mention the complete lack of face masks being worn by employees!

Dealership couldn't provide tires for my car. They had to keep it for 6 days while I purchased tires myself and delivered to them. I was provided a loaner during this period, so no disruption really but this simple annual maintenance shouldn't have taken this long. Yolanda was very nice but lacked specific training for my car. I came in to service a 500e and was there from 1 to 6. I was told that the maintenance would include sparkplugs! I was charged an hours work to replace a small part that takes 5 min, with clips, to replace. After I made a remark about it it was brought back to 30min. When the car was given back to me the front trunk wasn't closed, my car wasn't charged, despite me asking it from the moment I arrived. And finally my car was damaged during the maintenance (scratches to the body of the car) and now I have to come back, drop off my car to have it fixed.

I tell everyone to bring their new ALFA’s to your dealership. Unfortunately so many of my associates, in other states, have had bad experiences at their local ALFA dealers. It’s a shame. The car is only as good as the care it receives. Because of John and Will, I give your dealership five stars!!!
