Jon does a great job but when I compare your amenities to those offered by other high end shops (Lexus, Cadillac), there’s no comparison. I spent $80k on a car and that should come with the service I receive from the other high end dealerships. Alfa should really move to a Maserati dealership and not be tied to a Fiat dealership.

To whom it may concern,
It's hard to get someone on the phone. Everyone is friendly but I still do NOT have a working radio.
It would appear that the antenna is not working on my vehicle. I was told that I need software update. I still do not have them going on two weeks. Very disappointing. I'm wishing I had a stuck with Mercedes a different quality of service.
I paid an additional $3,000 for the maintenance package and I can't even get in to get service done on my car I feel like I just gave my money away for nothing.
I'm NOT HAPPY. I'm frustrated and disappointed than quite angry oh, to be truthful.
