He and the staff there did a great job servicing my vehicle and delivering as promised.

Appointment was for 1pm. I dropped the car off promptly at 1pm. Entrance way was blocked. Had to move some cones to pull my car in. Car wasn’t taken back for repairs until ~ 2:15pm. So far the repair has worked after waiting 3 months for parts. So that’s good.
Jon was nice and helpful. Your Fiat repair center is too understaffed. You need to honor appointments or don’t make them. I’ve waited at least an hour every time I’ve been there. Thanks.
