I paid over 700 for service three week later same issue came back the keep me there waiting for nearly 3 hours and didn’t even look at the vehicle I looked out the window the whole time where the car was parked never moved came with paperwork like the check the issue never did this store is unprofessional like no other only dude to there mistake

He was very professional and respectful. I realize he’s very busy,
but I would have preferred to hear a little more frequent communication from him during the 5 work days that my Acadia was in the shop before they declared it road worthy. Mine was a hard case, apparently, very puzzling to the mechanics. I would have liked a little more interaction with them.
Central service was generous with a loaner Buick Encore that I drove for a week.

Service after the sale was not real evident. Getting information was next to impossible. I bet if I went out on the sales floor or lot looking at cars I would have received an overflow of attention. Not even nearly much concern at all in your service department on our warranty matter. Had car in there 10 days and couldn’t get any input from anyone. Nothing that is that didn’t seem like I was just a number they had to bother with.

Kaleem and the rest of the service department did everything they could to make this a good experience. They told me that if my service took more than 1 hour; they would provide me a loaner car. At the 55 min mark, I was handed the keys to a 2020 GMC Terrain SUV. It was a much nicer model than my Buick Verano sedan. It was full of gas and clean. I can not say enough about the service- it was fabulous. They called with an update of the problem. Told me what my extended warranty covered and even tried to get the warranty co to cover the battery as it was not 3 yrs old. My oil change was discounted 20%. This is why I always bring the car to Central for service.

We discovered...when arriving home,...and after waiting all day..,that the work on our truck was not completed properly. At least one of our wheel surrounds was loose and not attached securely. Looks like another trip to get that redone. Not really happy at the moment!
