I was very please with the service dept but as for the sales crew that sold me my vehicle, not so much. The decision to buy the truck I bought was based on the fact the warranty was still good for another 10,000 miles. She never once said it would expire before the vehicle was 3 years old. Had I known that, I would Have chosen the truck that was $1,000 less, the color I wanted and had a remote start. I was not prepared to pay another $514 yesterday and it will make me reconsider using this dealership again with my next purchase. Karen M

I’m not sure if John D Turner is the service guy or the desk guy but the desk guy was great. I couldn’t tell you anything about the oil change or tire rotation. I am not sure I could unless a problem came up but I have always been gotten in well and been treated great.
