I have paid for oil change and tire rotation for the last two years on my new GMC. I have noticed the tires were not being rotated. I pointed it out to the mechanics and was told they don't rotate tires with custom wheels. However I have been paying and assuming they were being rotated. If your not going to do it you need to let customers know and don't charge for it.
