I took GMC in for service and tire rotation. I marked my left rear tire and guess what?? They said they rotated tires but tires were never touched. Makes me wonder if they actually changed the oil and filter. Charged me 67.00. Ridiculous.

Tom was outstanding. I sincerely appreciated all of his efforts to provide a positive customer experience. The entire team carried themselves with a high level of professionalism.
Unfortunately, the repairs made to my Buick Enclave ultimately did not hold, with the same issues occurring the next day. Since, they've only increased in frequency and with louder pops. With the vehicle now out of warranty protection, I'll be responsible for the repairs when it finally fails. Also, I am no longer comfortable with traveling any distance, especially with my children, in a vehicle that I can no longer trust. Due this, I no longer have faith in the Buick brand. I'll soon put both my Enclave and Cascafa up for sale, shifting brands.

Service today was faster then the last visit. Was told needed brakes on my vehicle and it would cost $418 plus!! I'm afraid I will have to outsource this performance cause that is a little steep!! Never had to have a brake job on any of my vehicles so not sure why I'm jabbing to with this vehicle!!

We purchased a GMC Yukon Denali 4/19/19. The carpet in the second row to the middle of the 3rd row was not attached. The buttons on the A/C unit were hard to push in but I did not notice it too much until josh Dickey pointed out that the whole unit was sticking a bit out on 5/8/19 when I took it to him to have the driver and passenger windows tinted. It was not flush like the radio section above it. There was also a scratch in the panel that surrounds the a/c unit. It curved which appeared like someone wore a ring on their right hand and left a mark on it. There is a deeper scratch right below the curved one that’s in the actual unit. The carpet and the panel with curved scratch was to be fixed on 5/8 but wasn’t. The carpet had to be ordered. I have pictures to show the carpet and scratches. Today, 5/13 I take my truck back to have the carpet fixed and panel replaced. I took off work for this. On 5/8 I sat up there for 3 hours or so just to hear that carpet had to be ordered. Not one person came over to tell me that it had to be ordered until 3 hours later. Today, I was told the carpet would take half a day. My appointment was at 8. I sat there until 9 to 9:15 waiting for someone to pick me up. I get a text saying truck was ready about 10:30. When I arrive to get my truck I get in it and head to Sams Club. I did not think I had to inspect my truck before I left. When I got out of the truck something in the back caught my eye. My entire back carpet from 2nd row all way to back row had mud and dirt everywhere. It was on the seat. It was on the arm rest. There has not been any dirt or mud in my truck since I’ve had it. The carpet was supposed to be replaced and if it was it was covered in dirt and mud afterwards. Also, part of the carpet on the 2nd row that goes under the seat was not attached. The padding was hanging out and all that. So, I left the Sams parking lot and headed back to have it addressed. I’m infuriated that I purchased the Yukon Denali Ultimate Package on 4/19/19 and I’ve had to come back twice since then. There is still a small deeper scratch that wasn’t fixed that I mentioned earlier. There should be no scratches and all carpet should be secured properly. I also have found 4 pieces of packaging material in my truck that have after market part numbers on them. I asked one of the parts guys what the numbers were and he could not locate them. They’re after market parts for the power driver and passenger seats. I cannot imagine why there would be an after market part on a brand new vehicle. I have pictures of all of that. We started to go to Laura GMC near St. Louis as have bought from them before. I never once had an issue. Not once. I bought a Toyota in Jackson, TN and have not had one problem with anything. I’m very annoyed and aggravated. To finish, I still do not think the carpet is secure enough. It’s just barely glued in there. It will take one grandchild to walk back there and trip over it. I was originally told the carpet had to be sewn in to secure it. We will see how the carpet holds up.

Drivers side door had a residue on it similar to bondo which I removed but still left pits in the paint. And the inside of the truck had a powdery substance in the area where the work was performed. Also found an OEM plastic pry bar tool which was left in the vehicle. This is my wife’s truck and women are more particular than men and she wasn’t happy. Plus I had to work on the doors paint and the pits are there permanently so I have to touch it up hopefully with rubbing compound.
