My Sierra had to be there all day and I couldn't get any assistance for a ride had to call until I got some one to come get me I have purchased four new autos at this dealership and to be treated like I don't exist is shameful

The service was completed as expected, but was slower than I was led to believe. Originally I was told it was probably a one day job, but I got I call saying that they wouldn’t have it ready for pick up until this morning after I dropped it off yesterday. I told them that was fine because I wouldn’t need it this morning. I got a text message around 11 saying they would let me know when it’s ready to pick up and that I could respond with questions. I responded at almost 2 asking for an estimate for when it would be ready and received no response. I called an hour later and they told me it would be ready by 5, and it was ready around 4:30. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I work in IT and had to miss a job this afternoon because my truck wasn’t ready yet and all of my tools are in boxes in the bed. It would have been understandable if they told me it was a 2 day job up front so I could plan around it, but having my tools unexpectedly unavailable was disruptive. The quality of work done was great, but it turned into a longer ordeal than I expected.
