Alma was fine, had no problem with her.
When I had the problem with my Lexus, it was last Saturday.
The service department was open until 4:30 it said. I called three or four times and got no one to pick up the phone. I left two voicemails. Yet still got no response from anyone. I was quite disappointed with the lack of of response. So I waited until Monday to try to get car down there. I was told by the service manager that they were simply understaffed on Saturday when I asked why no one answered the phone. Once my car was finally received the service was fine. Alma was very nice and helpful and my car was serviced professionally. My only problem was PICK UP THE DAMM PHONE!

Yes, I had missed my major service at 150k, and I signed up for 160k. David noted that I should probably get the major service now. I got a call about the state of my brake pads and rotors, so I had those updated as well.
Service was quick and loved that it was given a nice cleaning as well.
