Fadi did a great job by taking care of my car, he always does. I am the one who usually has a lot of questions and Fadi always patiently answers all of them. I like it that he uses simple words to make sure I really get it and have no reasons to worry about anything. I am grateful to Fadi and to the whole crew of people who did wonderful service for my car today!

The loaner car was a nightmare. Way too large and couldn’t stop beeping. It drove me crazy. Plus the engine shuts off? Shame on politicians such as Nancy Pelosi who have influenced the car manufacturing business. She needs to be fired and your industry needs to fight back. That SUV is horrific to drive. I would never purchase that vehicle. No storage and too many beeping buttons everywhere!!! Val was good. The experience at the end was poor. I had to ask for the $100 tire discount promotion displayed in the lobby. The paperwork wasn’t correct. The car was externally washed, but the inside was not clean and the gas was not full. Not a great experience for a premium car service. I had to wait for my car and once delivered the guy got out and walked away. The radio was on his station, the same at adjusted to his fit and my key was not handed tonto me. Instead it was taped up and left in my car that smelled of cheap chemical air spray.

Val did all he could under the circumstances and was very professional so no knock on him but I feel Putnam Lexus dropped the ball on this long time customer. My car failed a Smog check 2 weeks ago. The mechanic, without knowing any history on my car, asked me right away if I had any recent air filter work as the **** hose attachment on the air filter housing was broken. He felt that it was almost certainly broken during the air filter replacement. The car hood had not even been opened since my last service at Putnam on 2/28/19 so it would seem highly unlikely the attachment would have broken off spontaneously in the interim. I was initially quoted an exorbitant price of $1029.85 to repair this which I declined and then a reduction by half, but still $664.50. I feel Putnam should have covered the cost as there is really no other viable reason the hose attachment could have broken off. Obviously I am very disappointed with the outcome.

The service provider said he would call when car was ready. I finally called and it took several calls to get the status of the car. This was after 5 and I was worried if it took much longer to get an answer if it was ready I wouldn’t have a ride.

Your rep is outstanding. But I wish your service reps would not reset my settings- happens each time- Ie Auto lights turn off, rear mirror rest and auto turn in shut off. Last Friday when the lights did not come-had to stop and then realized that the auto light switch was turned OFF.
