Fadi was unbelievable, he did a great job working with the insurance and the service was always the customer first. As for the repair, he was prompt, awesome, knew the problem and got it done quick. For Lexus corp, don't say I am not a loyal customer when I can do my own oil changes.

It was the worst service ever at Lexus service. It was a huge disappointment due to few things Ben did at Putnam Lexus on Friday 4/19 when I was there to get the brakes of my car checked: 1. First, he said that he will charge $215 for inspection. This was a news to me and when I refused on the ground that this never happened to me on any earlier visit, he went away and came back saying “we can take care of you this time and won’t charge for the inspection” as if he was doing me a favor. 2. As I was driving back with a loaner to home for a meeting, he calls me back with the estimate. After listening to the estimate (too high for the brake and rotor change, and especially $437 for changing the trunk opening button) when I said that I may have to get estimate from some other places, he said that he will have to charge me for the inspection. This was absolutely low class and shiester behavior from a service rep. He also made a very rude comment “so, you just wanted free estimate and a loaner car”. I neither cared for the free estimate or a loaner car but a good service that I have received from your dealership and other Lexus dealerships in Bay Area. I never have seen this kind of attempts by service rep to try to extort money from the time someone walks in. Maybe your quality of recruitment process is going down with these types of service reps.

Richard was great re the dead battery in my car:) I drive my car to the dealer waited until it was replaced. I should have checked to see if it was covered under the warranty bc I almost had the CSAA driver put in a new one...I had two days of dead batteries and tow truck drivers jumping it to start up:(
