My car was due for either the 55K or 60K service so I had taken my car to Lexus Redwood City. The agent / rep assigned to me took the car in, gave me a loaner to keep until my car was going to be ready. Then I never heard back from the agent about anything. Didn't know when to pick up the car, or if there was something wrong with it. I had to eventually call in and the customer service person who answers calls looked in the system and said the car was marked ready. I then got transferred to the agent's voicemail and left a message. Til this day, i never got a voicemail or a call from the agent which I found very bizarre. The next day I just showed up and picked up the car without an explanation. Very bad customer service.
