I was never given a lug nut key to my 2014 new Lexus when I had a flat and bought new tires they charged me 25$ for a key that should have been given to me in the first place it’s very unfair I should not have been charged i never heard of a lug nut key and Lexus should make sure with customer that all equipment is in the car
