I am extremely disappointed in my service experience. I purchased a service contract with the purchase of my car at Putnam. I was told I did not have a contract when I was there for service and needed to pay the service. I then notified the Service manager and sent a copy of my contract to the manager once I was home and had the contract in hand, and have heard nothing back from Putnam--We have been long time clients of Putnam, and frankly at this point would like to cancel my service contract and receive a refund

We were surprised that there were no longer snacks offered while people are waiting. They used to offer it so we had planned on it and were stranded when we got there and found out they had stopped offering that amenity. It seems like a pretty standard offering at a luxury car service shop.

Gwen was fantastic!!! Gwen explained the major service and options. Very friendly and professional. The women at the service counter were very efficient. I just switched my car servicing from Stevens Creek Lexus in San Jose I no longer work in San Jose -so I tried Putnam in Redwood City. Thank you for great service !
