Fred was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Fred was knowledgeable and quick in completing service recommendations. Overall, great service from Fred. I would definitely return and recommend him to friends for excellent service. The reception desk could use customer service training. No one said hello or acknowledged my presence as Fred did. Reception makes me reluctant to return, and why I book services online. Hopefully, this can be addressed in the future.

The service provided by Kent was first class, as was the service, performed in a timely manner. Was very disappointed that bagels and fruit is no longer being offered. I have looked forward to a little something to tide me over when I wait for service to be performed. That’s kinda what sold me on driving down from SF to have work done, just that something extra.
